CNC Machining, Milling & Routing

Our prototype lab offers precision CNC Machining, CNC routing, complete CAD/CAM design and manufacture of precision machined parts and milling. Utlizing 3D CAD that you've created (or we can create for you in our engineering department) we can create prototypes in wood, foam, plastics and soft metals.

Our programmers and machinists give decades of industrial insight to your machining needs. Whether its complex 3D machining, a quick foam form study or a close tolerance assembly, we have the background and equipment to exceed your expectations.

Common materials include:
- Urethane foam of all densities
- REN Shape and other tooling board
- Engineering plastics (ABS, Delrin, HDPE, Nylon, etc.)
- Aluminum alloys and non-ferrous metals
- Steel

Our 3-Axis CNC machining specs: (For prototyping parts small to medium sized parts.)
- Build envelope = 20" W x 40" L x 24" H
  (larger parts can be built by gluing multiple sections together)

Our 3-Axis CNC routing specs: (For prototyping meduim to large sized parts.)
-Build envelope = 48" W x 96" L x 24" H
